Specialism
Alison specialises in care, adoption, special guardianship and complex private law cases. Alison regularly represents the children, parents and other family members in care proceedings and has experience in representing other family members and carers in care and private law proceedings.
Alison has been a member of the Law Society Specialist Children Panel since 1995.
Career
Alison qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. She was employed as a Senior Childcare Solicitor with Cumbria County Council for approximately 6 years before joining Bendles some 17 years ago.
Interests
Alison is married with two children. Out of work her interests include music and film.
