New Partner at Bendles

Abbie White Bendles solicitors

Abbie White, a Solicitor at Bendles has recently been promoted to Partner within the firm.

Abbie, who is originally from Carlisle and attended the William Howard Secondary School in Brampton, graduated from Northumbria University in July 2013 with a Law degree and LPC (Legal Practice Course.) Upon graduating Abbie headed to Manchester to work as a Legal Adviser, but soon returned home to her Cumbrian roots to take a position as Trainee Solicitor at Bendles in September 2014.

Abbie qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016 and was promoted to an Associate Solicitor at Bendles in September 2019.

Abbie deals with a wide range of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, and property sales and acquisitions, along with agricultural and residential property matters. She is currently based at the Wigton office and moved there in November 2018 when Beaty & Co merged with Bendles.

Abbie, who was promoted to Partner in September 2021 enjoy the diversity of matters she deals with and really enjoys working at the firm, who have just been listed in the Legal 500.

“Bendles has provided me with excellent training and have supported me to develop and progress my career from Trainee Solicitor to Partner. I am very happy to have been promoted to Partner and feel like a valued member of the firm. I hope to contribute to the continued development of the firm and am excited to play a role in Bendle’s future.”

The solicitors, who have offices in Carlisle and Wigton deal in a wide range of legal specialisms from family law, to commercial and agricultural are going through a sustained period of growth recently and have taken on several new members of the team.
