COVID-19 PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR OUR OFFICES
At these difficult times for the Country we remain open for business and committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. As part of this we have to follow government advice and have introduced the following measures.
Our offices in Carlisle and Wigton will be closed to the public as of 23rd March 2020 until further notice and entry will only be granted for tasks which cannot be undertaken via email/telephone.
From 30th March 2020 we will be operating on reduced hours and will be available for calls between 10.00am - 4.00pm
ACCESS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY IF REQUIRED.
- Social distancing should be applied where at all possible
- Following up-to-date government guidelines
- Use alternatives to face-to-face meetings, such as phone or video conferencing
- Protecting our people by continuing to share NHS advice on hygiene and ensuring that our offices are regularly cleaned.
Please where possible arrange any payments to be made via bank transfer or card payment over the phone.
If you are experiencing a high temperature and a dry persistent cough or are in contact with someone who is showing those symptoms/has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not enter our office this is for the protection of our staff and other clients.
