Eileen joined the Bendles team as the Practice Manager in May 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of running several busy offices, including HR related matters.
Career
Prior to joining Bendles, Eileen had a career spanning more than 30 years within manufacturing sector focussing on Office and HR Management. Eileen is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and was Treasurer for the Cumbria Branch on a voluntary basis for 6 years. Eileen currently leads on ensuring the firm achieves Lexcel accreditation for the firm.
Interests
She is married with two children to a football fanatical family and has clocked up thousands of miles travelling to games to watch and support both play midweek for training and for weekend games. Eileen also enjoys family holidays when time away from the side-lines permits.
