Specialism
Kate specialises in all aspects of children law acting for parents in both Private and Public Law Children Act proceedings.
Kate has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel, the Family Law Accreditation Scheme and is now a member of Family Law Advanced Panel.
Career
Qualified as a solicitor in 1991.
Kate was employed as an Assistant Solicitor with Atkinson Ritson where she progressed to be a Director, spending a total of 36 years with the firm.
Interests
Kate has two grown up children who she loves spending time with. She enjoys playing pickleball, listening to rock music seeing live gigs, worldwide travel and watching sport. She also loves pigs and all types of bears.
