Specialism
Pearl is a CILEX Lawyer in our Residential Property department, based primarily in the Appleby office. Pearl deals with all property matters, including land transactions, new-builds, leasehold property and shared ownership.
Career
Pearl comes from a longstanding secretarial background in various industries, and took a leap of faith for a career in Law. Pearl worked at a firm in Carlisle alongside her studies and exams and qualified in 2019. She joined the Bendles team in July 2026.
Interests
Pearl is a big musicals fan and loves to spend time in the West End. She also enjoys time away in the campervan and spending time with family and friends.
