Specialism
Shaun is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial department, working across Corporate and Commercial Property matters. He advises a range of businesses on transactions, financing, business structuring and governance. Shaun also supports the Commercial Property team on matters such as site acquisitions, refinancing and landlord and tenant issues.
Career
Shaun holds an LLB with French from Aberystwyth University and an LLM in Advanced Legal Practice. He served as MP for West Bromwich West from 2019-2024.
Interests
Outside work, he is training for his first marathon, enjoys travelling and is learning Punjabi.
