Property Solicitor
This is an exciting opportunity to join our property team who will support you in building your own caseload. Your presence will strengthen an already experienced team. You will have both residential and/or commercial property experience where you will be expected to run a mixed workload. Commercial property matters range from acquisition and disposal of land and buildings through to Landlord and Tenant lease transactions such as granting new leases, assignments and renewals, along with;
- Advising on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property;
- Acting for Landlord or Tenant on the grant of a new lease;
- Acting for Landlord or Tenant on an assignment of lease;
- Acting for Landlord or Tenant on lease renewals;
- Assisting with setting up lease schemes on development projects;
- Assisting with overage, options, and promotion agreements;
Ideally candidates will have 3-6 years PQE. However, applications will be considered from newly qualified solicitors if they have undertaken a seat within commercial /residential property.
You will be expected to participate in the firm’s business development, including seminars, events and contribute to marketing initiatives.
